Dear Colleague:

On the behalf of organizing committees of 21^st IEEE International Symposium on Industrial Electronics (ISIE2012), we would like to welcome all colleagues around world to participate in the symposium which will be hold from 28^th to 31st May 2012 in City Hangzhou, China.

 

We are sure that ISIE2012 Hangzhou will be another successful event on industrial electronics field. We are glad that ISIE2012 Hangzhou has got a good response from both academia and industry.  The symposium has received with more than 500 submissions from 49 Countries and after peer review process about 360 high quality papers are accepted. Beside technical sessions, on the 2^nd day we will have highlighted plenary speeches from five world top experts, who will share with us their deepest insight look to the trend of Industrial electronics. In addition we also arrange tutorials on the 1^st day of ISIE2012 for younger engineer and university graduates by senior experts on power electronics, renewable energy and smart grid, control etc. Industrial participation and students activities are another feature of ISIE. This year conference also includes Industrial Forums, Student Forums and exhibitions. Beside academics, we have reception and gala dinner with Chinese traditional performance. Please join us!

 

During your stay in Hangzhou, besides joining the activities of the symposium, please plan your time to visit the city and enjoy the culture and local food. Venue is located in downtown of city Hangzhou, which is convenient to go to the West Lake by 15 minute taxi drive or bus, which is honored as the world heritage by UNESCO 2011. City of Hangzhou has established about 4700 years ago and was developed into prosperous capitol of China in South Song Dynasty about 800 year ago. Now Hangzhou is one of the most famous tourist places in China. Around the West Lake we can enjoy beauty and quietness. You will feel the historic atmosphere of ancient China by visiting temples, pagodas, small bridges and pavilions around the lake.
